About the Day Camp

Dear Families,

Luminous Pathways is excited to host day camp on August 30,2026 for the children/young adults of those attending the Synchrony Symposium 2026 at the Crown Plaza in Palo Alto.

Luminous Pathways will be providing arts and crafts, games, lunch and outings for the day. Luminous Pathways staff that are leading the day camp come with behavior training and specialize in working with differently abled individuals.

The plan for the day:

8am: Drop off camper

8-10am: Games, arts and crafts

10am: Leave for Mitchel Park (an all incluse park) located at 3700 Middlefield Rd in Palo Alto

12pm: Go to lunch at Ada’s Café which is ran by neurodiverse individuals which is also at 3700 Middlefield Rd in Palo Alto

1pm: Leave for Bayland Nature Reserve located at 2500 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto

4pm: Return to Crown Plaza

4-6pm: Games, arts, and crafts

Luminous Pathways can be billed through SDP. Also traditional funding can be used, you will need to notify your service coordinator. You will need to add Luminous Pathways to your spending plan and FMS if you are not already a client of Luminous Pathways.

Charges for day:

1:1 is $75 an hour

1:2 is $50 an hour
